Could someone tell Vinnie Jones take his foot out of his mouth? Or at least talk to a publicist? We like the hard man but after coming third in the UK Celebrity Big Brother show, Vinnie is having a hard time holding back from talking down to his fellow house mates.

Emmy award winning actor Rip Torn has been arrested for allegedly breaking into a bank and trying to rob it. The actor, full name Elmore Rual Torn, Jr., was also highly intoxicated. Rip Torn was found inside the Litchfield Bancorp building with a loaded gun. He apparently entered through a back window that was found to have been smashed. All this just goes to show that even at 78 years old you can still make a name for yourselves as a hard drinking, rebel robbing outlaw.

Simon Monjack, husband of the late Brittany Murphy is to sue Warner Brothers for wrongful death. The actress, who was only 32 when she died last December, was just after having her contract for a sequel to the animated hit Happy Feet canceled. Monjack says she was devastated by the news.

Casey Jonson, heir to the Johnson and Johnson brand has been found dead at her Los Angeles home yesterday.  Her father also owns the New York Jets American football team. Casey had been dating reality TV star Tila Tequila, a self professed bisexual. A publicist for Tequila said the two had been engaged.
